Temperature between 4°C to 6°C is maintained by a Digital temperature controller and trigger audio visual alarm in case of temperature fluctuations.  A door operation alarm is also provided along with power failure alarm as a safety device. Circulating pump and water tank of chillier circulator is made of S. steel. The built in pump has a flow rate of 2.5 meters with Digitally temp controlled. The body of  the chillier is mounted on a sturdy angle frame with inner chamber consisting of thick polished stainless steel reservoir with cooling coil duly soldered on the outside of the same to ensure perfect cooling from - 10°C to 100°C . The hollow space between the inner chamber and outer wall is filled with high grade insulation to prevent loss of temperature the refrigeration system consisting with compressor for minimum noise lever and smooth operation.
