No - 1 For liquids having Redwood flow 20 seconds to 2000 seconds. The complete outfit comprises. Stainless steel bath having drain plug.
No - 2 It works for liquid test whose flow time with no-1 exceeds 2000 seconds.

Complete with Stand and levelling screws for  adjustment as  per  101 B – 4 / B-5 / B - 6 type.

This apparatus is used for determining the Viscosity of lubricating and fuel oils. It consists stainless steel water Bath having Oil Cup with lid. The water Bath with stirring device mounted on stand. Electrically heated model with Energy regulator control.

Made as per ASTMD-88 specification with universal and Furol jets made of  S. Steel, stirring is done by hand with turn table  arrangement (without strainer, withdrawal Tube & glass wares) working on 220 volts AC mains Electrically heated with energy regulator.

This is used for determination of flash point and fire point of petroleum products except fuel oil with open cup flash below 80°C as  per specification IP 36 and  IS 1448(P:69) 1969. With heating & energy regulator control.

Is used to maintain the correct constant temperature for estimating kinematic viscosity of oils & petroleum products. It is suitable for determining the close up flash point of petroleum  and  mixture according to IP 33 & IP-17O & Also IS 1448 ( Part 1 ) 1985 ( P: 2O ) It  is suitable  for  whose  flashes  below 70°C. It  is  supplied  with oil cup,  cover  fitted  with stirrer, thermometer socket, water bath & stand with oil test jet or Gas test jet device - Electric heated model with Energy regulator control.

The pour point is the lowest temperature at which the oil will just fail to flow in insulated body.

This apparatus is made as per IP 34, ASTMD – 93 – 58 T and IS 1448 ( Par I ) 1970 ( P: 21 ) and IS 1203 - 1953 method B. For determination of  softening  point of  bituminous  materials  according  to IP 58 and IS 12O5-1958. Softening point is that temperature. At which the specimen under test becomes soft enough  to allow a steel  ball  of  specific dimensions  to  fall  a required distance under test conditions. The apparatus consists of  a  glass  beaker, ring stand, two  steel  balls with  rings  and ball guides and stirrer.

For determination of  softening  point of  bituminous  materials  according  to IP 58 and IS 12O5-1958. Softening point is that temperature. At which the specimen under test becomes soft enough  to allow a steel  ball  of  specific dimensions  to  fall  a required distance under test conditions. The apparatus consists of  a  glass  beaker, ring stand, two  steel  balls with  rings  and ball guides and stirrer.

This apparatus is used for penetration test on a wide variety of materials such as greases, petroleum, bitumen, tar, wax, polish, food stuff, rubber asphalts and pharmaceutical creams.

This unit is Double walled Stainless Steel chamber bath outer chamber made of Mild Steel Sheet  painted to accommodate 6 Bombs.(Thermostat).

Used to determine the amount of carbon residue when an oil is evaporated under specified conditions. Method ‘B’ IS 1448 / P - 3 ASTM D 611 by  thin  film  METHOD  B  Electrically  heated  with  motorized  stirrer  ( without thermometer).

This Apparatus is used for determination of distillation characteristics of petroleum Products. The instrument consists of metal shield to support distillation flask.
